• Manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• The role will require close and effective partnership with Business, Operations, Business Management, and Technology to deliver at pace in a rapidly changing environment.
• All Senior Leaders are expected to demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviours to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard.

• Work collaboratively with Front Office and Infrastructure Partners up to and including C-Suite level
• Strong and constructive problem-solver
• Previous, extensive experience of managing and delivering change in a Markets environment
