Job Summary

  • Manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
  • The role will require close and effective partnership with Business, Operations, Business Management, and Technology to deliver at pace in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing change programmes in a Markets/Investment Bank environment
  • Excellent programme/project management and change governance experience
  • Able to rapidly build rapport across a range of seniorities and disciplines
  • Operate effectively in a matrix environment
  • Form strong and effective stakeholder relationships
  • Work collaboratively with Front Office and Infrastructure Partners up to and including C-Suite level
  • Strong and constructive problem-solver
  • Previous, extensive experience of managing and delivering change in a Markets environment
  • Strong and extensive leadership skills
