Skills & Requirements
Must-have
EASA ATPL (A) license required
Flight Test Rating Category 1 or 2
Graduate of recognized flight test school
Class 1 Medical certificate
Significant multi-crew transport aircraft experience
Command experience on transport category aircraft
Nice-to-have
Airbus type rating (A320, A330/350, etc.)
German language skills (beginner/intermediate)
French language skills (beginner/intermediate)
Airline operational experience
Collaborative team spirit and positive approach
Key Requirements

Class 1 Medical certificate
Previous flight test organization experience
