  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in R&D planning and operations
  • Master's degree and 4 years of experience in R&D strategic planning and operation
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in R&D planning and operations
  • Associate's degree and 10 years of experience in R&D planning and operations
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in R&D planning and operations
  • MBA, PhD, PharmD, or Master's Degree with 10 years of work experience in lab sciences and biopharmaceutical industry with 4 or more years of that experience in Oncology R&D
