Key Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates (Grade 1 Home Care Employees)
  • Experienced Home Care Employees (Grade 2, 3, & 4B Home Care employees)
  • No Certificate needed but some experience preferred
  • Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Some professional Home Care/ Aged care experience
  • Willing to obtain First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • International licence holders apply for Australian licence within 3 months
