Key Requirements
Entry-level candidates (Grade 1 Home Care Employees)
Experienced Home Care Employees (Grade 2, 3, & 4B Home Care employees)
No Certificate needed but some experience preferred
Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Some professional Home Care/ Aged care experience
Willing to obtain First Aid Certificate and CPR
International licence holders apply for Australian licence within 3 months
