  • Develop, monitor, and update project budgets, capitalization plans, and acquisition plans, tracking costs, investments, deviations, and economic projections while identifying financial variations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Generate executive reports and dashboards with key performance metrics, analyze risks, impacts, and trends in costs, schedules, and scopes, and provide clear, reliable information to support management decisions.
