Key Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferred
  • Additional certifications in Project Management or Process Improvement methodologies beneficial
  • Demonstrated expertise in lean methodologies including value stream mapping, 5S, standard work
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience developing and delivering lean training programs and mentoring teams
  • Demonstrated success achieving measurable results through process improvements
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to validate project savings with Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with PowerBI, Minitab or similar tools preferred
  • Experience in cGMP/regulated environment preferred
  • Travel up to 20% as needed
