Job Summary

  • The primary focus of this position is to support the Talent Acquisition department in creating and maintaining relationships with high performing, active/passive talent through various media and non-media tools and avenues.
  • This person will aid in the responsibility of achieving staffing objectives, acting as a partner to TA Consultants by creatively sourcing and evaluating candidates in line with required skills/qualifications and Ascensus core values.
  • This is a hybrid position - 1 day/week in our Dresher, PA office.
