Salary
Base: $30.29-$39.42 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability, Paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match, Tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Corrective and preventative maintenance
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Experience with manufacturing equipment
CMMS system navigation
Night shift availability
Working in cleanroom environments
Use of hand and power tools
Nice-to-have
Collaboration with engineers and manufacturing personnel
Small project execution
Knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures
Ability to work independently
Customer-oriented service mindset
Experience with pharmaceutical and biotech equipment
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for up to 3 hours
Experience with pharmaceutical and biotech equipment maintenance
