Job Summary

  • This senior position requires strong judgment, collaborative behaviors, strategic thinking, strong relationships, and the ability to translate federal policy priorities into S.M.A.R.T. objectives that deliver measurable impact.
  • Specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting (and at times, leading) federal policy and advocacy workstreams for Shell's onshore and offshore energy and midstream activities in the U.S. that include: Mobility (retail fuels); low‑carbon fuels (LCF), LCF trading, and renewable natural gas (RNG); chemicals; refining; product stewardship, and recycling.
  • The base salary range for this position is $149,000.00 - $223,000.00, per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
