Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
The role includes administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care facilities.
