  • Work closely with the Human Capital Department on matters related to labour law issues such as contracts, leave, working hours, overtime, compensation.
  • Provide legal support regarding the member firms’ representation before the competent administrative authorities (e.g. Labour Inspectorate) and the competent courts for the resolution of labour disputes.

Key Requirements
