  • The ED Access Supervisor requires varying shifts and rotating 24/7 on-call shifts, monitors staff performance through daily/monthly quality/productivity audits, and takes appropriate action to ensure staff consistently meets performance standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field PLUS three (3) years of registration and/or billing experience
  • High School Diploma/GED PLUS seven (7) years of registration and/or billing experience
  • three (3) years of experience in a healthcare environment
  • Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • CHAA Certification
