Job Summary

• The MA III functions as an AltaMed ambassador by welcoming and attending to the needs of all patients and creating a positive patient experience by managing expectations while demonstrating compassion and respect.
• In addition, the MA is responsible for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) super-user and performs more administrative responsibilities that include providing feedback on Back Office processes to the Clinic Management, and serves as a role model for “Care in Action”.
