Job Summary
Provide professional services work in intensive case management for a targeted group of high-risk mental health clients in the IMHU at Maine State Prison in Warren.
Advocate for and/or assist clients in gaining access to and maintaining medical, psychiatric, behavioral health and other necessary support services upon discharge from the IMHU.

Key Requirements

Mental Health Rehabilitation Community Certification (MHRT/C) or Social Work License (LSW)
