Must-have

  • Tier-3 M365 operational support
  • SharePoint Teams OneDrive administration
  • Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse support
  • Entra ID identity and security concepts
  • Change management and SOP documentation

Nice-to-have

  • Scripting with PowerShell or Graph API
  • Enterprise Power Platform environment experience
  • M365 monitoring and auditing tools exposure
  • Microsoft certifications in M365 or Power Platform

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 operations
