Job Summary

  • This position serves as the Operation Support Analyst on the Workday Operational Support team, responsible for daily review and resolution of duplicate records, ticket review, research, and verification of documentation.
  • The role will also support operational and hygiene tasks such as customer changes, org studio, and unassigned tasks.
  • This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours of work per week, not exceeding 1500 hours per fiscal year.
