Job Summary
The Major Accounts Executive is responsible for managing, developing, and driving growth across key customers in the Zamboanga territory.
This role focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships with large retail accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade operators to achieve sales targets, optimize product distribution, and ensure excellent in-store execution.
The MAE will lead customer negotiations, implement account strategies, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable business results.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–3 years of experience in FMCG
Experience handling major/key accounts preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
