Johnson Controls OpenBlue is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and commercial delivery of projects, focusing on contract management and achieving profitable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the MEP environment and be proficient in managing large commercial projects

Job Summary

  • Manage the day-to-day quantity surveying and commercial delivery of projects from contract award through to completion.
  • You will manage variations and final accounts to ensure timely and profitable agreements, escalate issues where required, and implement corrective actions to bring projects back to agreed contractual position, budget and programme.
