This position requires collaboration with colleagues across New York, London, Sydney, Brisbane, and Christchurch while reporting to the Head of Global Markets Documentation in Sydney.

Must-have
7 years global markets documentation experience
Deep knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement
Experience with Credit Support Annexes CSAs
Knowledge of interest rate swaps FX credit derivatives
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with GMRAs GMSLAs give-up agreements
Knowledge of facility-linked hedging arrangements
Understanding of Variation Margin Initial Margin
Pragmatic attitude and collaborative spirit
Ability to work in high-volume environment
Key Requirements

Qualified Lawyer status required
