Job Summary
Responsibility for the overall planning and implementation management of the national NKA.
Responsibility for the monthly/quarterly promotion of CP, the monthly/quarterly review of Scorecard, as well as the mid-year review and year-end summary of JBP, to ensure the orderly implementation and achievement of all business plans.
Lead team building and establish an efficient team structure; Simultaneously carry out team empowerment work to enhance the professional capabilities of the team.
