Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in E2E recruiting cycle for technical/R&D roles
  • Proven sourcing skills
  • Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms
  • Experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
  • Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
  • Excellent English and Hebrew
  • Degree in Social Science / Behavioural Science or equivalent
