Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in E2E recruiting cycle for technical/R&D roles
Proven sourcing skills
Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms
Experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
Excellent English and Hebrew
Degree in Social Science / Behavioural Science or equivalent
