The AA is seeking a Customer Liaison Consultant for their Rotorua center, responsible for assisting customers with various services, managing visitor flow, and processing driver licensing and vehicle transactions. Job Summary

  • As the first person our members and customers meet, you’ll be tasked with finding out what brings them to the Rotorua AA centre, lend a hand with any straightforward matters and assist with NZTA/Waka Kotahi processes.
  • You will also help out with processing driver licensing and vehicle related transactions within set requirements, ensuring all details are covered along with Selling AA Membership and retail products.
