  • This role involves supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, and training and development of staff, as well as implementing new programs to meet clinical and operational needs.
  • The DOR holds administrative authority and accountability for overseeing the clinical and operational delivery of rehabilitative services, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and /or Speech Language Pathology
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
  • CPR certification, if required by licensure
  • Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
