• The Associate PM assists the Practice Manager in overseeing the delivery of our trusted brand of service, the Sono Bello patient experience, and the smooth and efficient operations of a Center's daily business activities.
• This role is a developmental role with the goal of becoming a fully qualified Practice Manager, sharing responsibility for team member performance, satisfaction, and business results.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day activities in an accredited out-patient surgical facility, ensuring patient engagement, executing new initiatives, and driving team development to achieve company goals.
