Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7-10 years JLL engineering experience
5-7 years supervisory experience
Hands-on data center UPS and generator knowledge
HVAC, electrical, and fire/life safety maintenance
CAPEX and OPEX planning for critical environments
Nice-to-have
Corrigo or ServiceNow software experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work holidays and emergency schedules
Leadership in staff development and succession planning
Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Demonstrated ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft
