The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing manufacturing routings and processes to support Cone Drive products.
This position supports researching areas for continuous improvement, manufacturing methods, and operational excellence while interfacing with cross-functional teams.
Candidates will participate in Kaizen initiatives, apply lean manufacturing techniques, and manage projects to implement new processes and improvements.

Key Requirements
BS in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Experience with manual and CNC production machines
Knowledge of quality systems including PPAP and FMEA
