Job Summary

  • The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing manufacturing routings and processes to support Cone Drive products.
  • This position supports researching areas for continuous improvement, manufacturing methods, and operational excellence while interfacing with cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates will participate in Kaizen initiatives, apply lean manufacturing techniques, and manage projects to implement new processes and improvements.

Key Requirements
