This role involves collaborating with the Program Director and Case Coordinator in the design, development, and implementation of milieu treatment, and providing organizational, communication, and coordination functions.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of work experience in a child-caring institution
2 years of college and 2 years of experience in a child-caring institution
Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of work experience in a child-caring institution
Bachelor’s Degree in social or behavioral science field preferred
Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in therapeutic settings supporting individuals with dual diagnosis
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems effectively
