The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient safety and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, observing skin conditions, and promptly reporting any changes in resident status to the Nurse Supervisor.
