Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to perform respiratory/pulmonary therapy, management, rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation, and direct care to patients with deficiencies affecting the pulmonary system.
Employees must assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition and report changes in respiratory status to supervisors and physicians as needed.
The role requires adherence to all established policies and procedures regarding emergency, safety, and infection control while maintaining strict confidentiality of resident protected health information.
