Job Summary

• Responsible for a 24/7 team of Senior operators and daily support of salaried shift supervisors, to safely deliver the production plan, minimize downtime, and speed loss events.
• The RCC Lead will act as the interface between production optimization, Centralized support functions and plant leadership to meet expectations of quality, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
