Job Summary

• The Maintenance and Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring maintenance processes are efficient and effective, equipment is designed and/or modified to improve maintainability and review ongoing technical problems for continual improvement to reduce downtime and increase the life of the asset.
• Responsibilities include conducting employee performance evaluations, managing attendance, scheduling work, and developing processes for new construction and equipment purchases to ensure maintainability and reliability.
• The total rewards package includes a base salary range of $91,000 - $125,000 hourly, eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company contribution, and 22 days of PTO.
