The role will be primarily responsible for assisting in daily administration of S&P’s Global Equity Compensation plan, as well as operating cross functionally with other areas of the business.
The position is responsible for administering all aspects of S&P Global Inc. long-term incentive compensation programs including cash-based and stock-based awards for our employees.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in equity administration
BS or BA Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience with WorkDay and vendor stock plan systems
