Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to assist manufacturing facilities in their pursuit of Manufacturing Excellence through the implementation of the Integer Production System.
Employees are immediately eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions and receive 80 hours of company designated holidays per year.
The position requires coaching sites on Gemba management, problem solving, and teaching leadership keys to success for sustained improvement.
