Must-have
7-10 years supply chain experience
5+ years management experience
Ability to read production drawings
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel macros
Contract negotiation skills
Strong project management capabilities
Nice-to-have
Fluency in languages other than English
Familiarity with ERP systems
Experience in mechanical design
