Must-have
3-5 years mining consultancy experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management
Strategic project execution capability
Asset maintenance and performance management
Stakeholder management with senior leadership
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma black belt certification
MBA with operations improvement focus
High energy and ability to work under pressure
Strong change management skills
Fluency in English and Indonesian
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mining, Geology, Industrial Technology, MIS, Business, Economics, or General Management
3–5 years of experience preferably in Mining Consultancy or the Mining Industry
Proven experience in asset maintenance, mining operations, or operational excellence
MBA with operations or business improvement experience is highly preferred
Lean Six Sigma black belt certification is highly preferable
