U.S. employee benefit programs administration
Tier 2/Tier 3 issue resolution
vendor oversight and process improvement
compliance support for benefits
Workday benefit configuration testing
Microsoft Excel proficiency
collaboration with HRIS and vendors
Nice-to-have
experience in global shared services environment
strong verbal and written English communication
customer-focused mindset
ability to work independently in virtual teams
experience with ServiceNow

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–8 years U.S. health and welfare benefits experience
strong knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and regulations
experience supporting multistate U.S. workforce
experience supporting U.S. clients from India or global shared services
