The Account Manager is a key commercial role focused on managing and developing an existing client portfolio, identifying marketing needs and proposing tailored data and direct marketing solutions.
Responsibilities include managing client relationships, anticipating client needs, actively participating in commercial development, and ensuring rigorous follow-up of each order from contract signing to service delivery.
The role requires close collaboration with internal teams such as Commerce, Studies, Production, and ADV, and participation in the evolution of Choreograph products and services by relaying client feedback.
