Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for driving the organizational and cultural transformation required to effectively lead first-line Sales Managers & Account Managers, while strengthening sales operational capabilities.
  • This role serves as a role model for boundary less collaboration and is accountable for achieving sales objectives within the assigned geography.
  • Develop & implement GTM plans with cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
