Organize and coordinate compliance and operational audits of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), including conducting audits and writing reports.
Manage the onboarding of new TPAs, including certification processes, contract drafting, and negotiation with legal and operational departments.
Monitor TPA partnerships to ensure adherence to AIG standards, track activity, and maintain quality of management, including claims handling and fraud monitoring.
