Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes and report all accidents, incidents, grievances, or complaints promptly.
