Must-have
5-10 years sustainability consulting experience
Green Star Accredited Professional certification
Building performance modeling expertise
Section J and JV3 assessment capability
Low carbon building design strategies
Nice-to-have
Experience with NABERS WELL LEED ratings
Passive House certification knowledge
Mentoring junior team members
Client engagement and business development
Multidisciplinary collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
Demonstrated capability operating independently on projects
