Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with ADLs, meals, and other tasks while using PCC systems.
  • The role requires reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
