Job Summary
This role plays an important part in the delivery of a high standard customer service for Your Place residents and partners whilst also leading on the provision of an excellent welcome service during out of hours.
The role is vital in the delivery of a trauma informed customer service to ensure that all our customers during contact are dealt with in line with our values, policies and procedures.
This role will also be responsible for providing a professional, engaged and customer focused first point of contact for our residents, partners and stakeholders working collaboratively with the team leader and security team outside normal office opening hours.
