Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and per physician treatment plans while recording all necessary documentation according to state and third-party requirements.
Assist nursing department with training Restorative Aides and participate in discharge planning and caregiver training to prepare patients for discharge.
Maintain the treatment area and equipment in good working order and communicate effectively with supervisors and health team members regarding patient progress and plans.
