Job Summary

  • Lead property accounting teams across Continental Europe, set standards, ensure compliance, and coordinate with local teams for a portfolio of 100+ properties.
  • Develop and document CE-wide processes and best practices for property accounting, including collections and invoice processing, and monitor consistency and quality across countries.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for software rollouts and optimization, identify automation opportunities, track financial KPIs, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
