As a Senior Associate in the India PCC program, you will be responsible for coordination across the different value streams of GD PCC Program activities with specific focus in India.
PCC Team Members of the team will have the opportunity to Engage in a diverse group of initiatives, Help to define the future State Street Custody model, Interact with multiple levels of management, Enhance key strategic, communication, and leadership skills.

Process mapping and data analysis

Agile and/or hybrid delivery models

Key Requirements
6-8 years’ experience in financial services
Project Management and Business analysis experience
Back-office operations experience
Experience in using HGN/IBS applications
Experience supporting large transformation or migration programs
