Job Summary

  • The Associate Director, Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing other managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  • Owns the end-to-end performance of the assigned manufacturing area, ensuring compliance with ISO13485, GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations and timely delivery of product.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is 90.400 EUR to 156.975 EUR, with additional benefits including an annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave, and well-being reimbursement.
