Job Summary

  • As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Crookwell Branch, you’ll have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs.
  • Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products, and complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs.
  • You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches, assisting customers face to face and via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
