Salary
Base: $184,800 - $277,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
5+ years experience in U.S. Federal market
10+ years Product Management experience
Expertise in federal HR systems like EmpowHR
Knowledge of Title V and OPM Regulations
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments

Navigating complex federal government dynamics

Key Requirements
10+ years Product Management experience
5+ years U.S. Federal market experience
Knowledge of DOD Requirements and GPPA

Ability to translate sophisticated HR requirements
