  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
  • Experience as an ISC Frontline Account Manager
  • Proven ability to lead peers
  • Microsoft Active Directory administration
  • Proficient in HelpNow or equivalent ITSM/CRM
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts
